Processing Time
Made-to-Order Products: Our products are created specifically for you using print-on-demand technology. This means each item is printed and produced after you place your order.
This is the time needed to print and prepare your order before it ships. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production (Total: 8-12 business days from order)
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (Total: 6-10 business days from order)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production (Total: 4-7 business days from order)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- P.O. Boxes (Standard Shipping only)
- APO/FPO military addresses
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. Each item is printed and produced independently, so they may be ready at different times. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Note: You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Wait 48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us at sales@ironwoodhuntingco.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your email
We'll work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Customs and Duties
For orders to U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO), you may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday through Christmas), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes. We'll communicate any delays on our website and via email.
Tip: Order early during the holidays to ensure delivery by your desired date.
